One of the attractions of this region of Spain is the all round sunshine.

Due to the heat, and that you are relaxing, it is easy to forget the effect the heat can have on you.  Please remember to take in lots of fluids, preferably water, and try avoiding the alcohol during the day.  Also, remember the sun screen.
