Description

Our apartment is located on a secure community, just 1½ miles from the beach.  The communal facilities include 2 outdoor pools with children's pools, indoor pool, Gym, steam and sauna rooms, two paddle tennis courts and a tennis court.  It comes with its own underground parking space, which will help to keep the car cool.  The apartment has air conditioning / heating to ensure a comfortable stay at anytime of the year.

The accommodation comprises:

• Living room / Dining area is comfortably furnished, with a sofa and formal dining table with seating for four guests.  There is a TV, which receives UK Freeview along with BBC World and Sky News, DVD/CD player and an iPod dock.  Patio doors which lead out onto the terrace.
• Terrace area gives you the opportunity to sit and watch the sunset, with a glass of something cool at the end of the day.  It gives you views towards the sea and hills; you can also see the old Moorish town of Mojacar Pueblo.
• The kitchen has all the standard white goods and a built in microwave/grill, it has ample saucepans, cutlery and utensils to cater for 5 people.  An airer is supplied to dry your clothes on, as well as an iron and ironing board.
• The master suite has a double bed, double fitted wardrobe, with safe, sliding patio door, which opens onto a small standing area, and it gives you views towards the sea and hills.  A full en-suite shower room, including a hairdryer.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a double wardrobe and hairdryer.
• Family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.

In fairness to our future guests we respectfully request that you observe the NO SMOKING policy in the apartment, although smoking is allowed elsewhere in the community.
